Jaeyoung Choi and I fixed dinner together last evening. It turned out to be “international” cuisine, though that was not our goal. We just wanted something to eat! He fixed a Korean specialty that included seaweed, veggies, and dumplings, while I cooked up some Thai brown rice topped with South African beans and Indian chunky tomato mix. It was slightly on the spicy side, but it turned out to be a delicious dinner! We may have to collaborate more often.
