When I finished my bladder cancer blog a few weeks ago, I wrote that I would start a new blog soon. This has changed. I’m postponing the first post for my new blog to July 2020. Why?
Briefly, I fell and sustained an injury three weeks ago that has thrown me into something of a tailspin. The injury was a compression fracture of my 7th thoracic vertebra in the middle of my upper spine. This has been one of the more painful experiences of my life. Aside from the pain, it has interfered with the smooth functioning of much of my body. This kind of fracture usually takes three to six months to resolve. In the meantime, I’m cutting back on most of my activities. I should be able to resume writing my blog by July, and I look forward to being in touch with you then.
