I went to town this morning with Dr. Munodawafa for Grand Rounds at the Mutare Provincial Hospital, which they have every Friday. I was also in serious need of a haircut, so after Grand Rounds I went to the barbershop in town. When the barber asked how I wanted my hair cut, I said I needed a good trim.
Wow – did I ever get a trim. By the time he was done, I was a burr-head. I look like I did when I entered the U.S. Public Health Service nearly fifty years ago. That may not be bad. We’re in the peak of the hot season here, and I may not need another haircut until May!
