Good to be back

I’ve been away from this blog far too long. However, the good news is that my new book “Ten Steps to Exceptional Health,” has now been published online and will be published as a paperback in a few weeks. On top of that, we moved into our new home just north of San Antonio two weeks ago. We’re still in the process of settling in, but as we’re getting the chaos of moving boxes cleared and things in their place, it is feeling more and more like home. We love it.
